To initiate a project contact the Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator, Maria Zamora (559) 591-0800 ext 12 and explain the scope of the project. Depending on the type of project: bridge, culvert, pipeline, agreement, etc. a deposit will be required before the District can address the project.
