Entitlement is set by the AID Board of Directors prior to the start of water run. It is set to ensure an equitable distribution of irrigation water. This years entitlement is set at 1 csf for 5 days for every 20 acres of 100% entitlement land.

75% entitlement........….….....….......3.75 days per 20 acres running 1 cfs;
50% entitlement............….....……....2.50 days per 20 acres running 1 cfs;
25% entitlement ......……..................1.25 days per 20 acres running 1 cfs;
Groundwater Only entitlement..........1.25 days* per 20 acres running 1 cfs.
* Surcharge of additional $3.00/acre foot for surface water deliveries while entitlement remains at 1.25 days for Groundwater Only entitlement.
