Per the Rules and Regulations governing the distribution of water and maintenance of system:
Rule #11
Requests for turning on, turning off, increaseing or decreasing water deliveries shall be made to the ditchtender. Requests shall be made at least 2 to 4 days prior to the day scheduled for turning on; turning water off at least 24 hours notice. A turn off notice of less than 24 hours may result in a 24 hour water use charge.
